SATELLIET GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION IN THE BENELUX
The Satelliet Group continues to develop and expand. Following our recent launch in Norway, we are now taking important strategic steps in the Benelux. In addition to the announced opening of our showroom in Luxembourg, Satelliet Belgium will be fully integrated into and 100% owned by the Satelliet Group.
This integration strengthens the Satelliet Group's position in Northwest Europe and creates new opportunities to serve the Belgian market even more intensively and consistently. "The full integration of Satelliet Belgium is a logical next step in our international growth strategy," says Willem-Jan Strijbosch, CEO of Satelliet Group. "This will strengthen our position in the Benelux and give us more clout to serve our customers in Belgium optimally."
WHY THIS STEP?
Satelliet Belgium has had a strong position in Belgium since 1990 and has always worked closely with the Dutch head office in Breda. Full integration will enable economies of scale to be exploited and services to be further optimized. This step fits in seamlessly with the group's international growth strategy. The expansion also ensures greater efficiency, both commercially and operationally, and increases our clout in the Belgian market. Willem-Jan Strijbosch: "By working more closely together within the group, we can make better use of our knowledge, expertise, and capacity. This enables us to provide even more targeted support to customers with integrated hospitality and interior design concepts."
STRONGER TOGETHER IN BELGIUM
Satelliet Group is working with its Belgian colleagues and other companies within the group - including Satelliet hospitality furniture, Lensen Projectinrichters, De Projectgroep, and Euroseat - to develop a stronger and more attractive proposition for the Belgian hospitality sector.
This integration offers new growth opportunities for both Satelliet Belgium and Satelliet Group as a whole and represents an important step in further expanding international cooperation and market position.
