SATELLIET FOCUSES ON GROWTH THROUGH COOPERATION WITH PARTNERS

Satelliet, the specialist in hospitality furniture with headquarters in Breda, has entered into a partnership with investment company VE Partners (“VEP”) to realize its ambitions and further international growth. VEP will acquire a majority stake in Satelliet Group, consisting of Satelliet hospitality furniture, Satelliet Belgium, and Lensen Projectinrichters.

In addition to VEP, the current board and part of the management team will participate in the new Satelliet Group. To safeguard the long-term vision and shape further growth, a new board has been formed from within the existing Satelliet organization, consisting of: Christan Brouwers, Robin Willemse, Tjeerd Dudok, Bart Oelen, and Roy Keultjes.

Through this collaboration, Satelliet is strengthening itself with the strategic knowledge and (international) business network of its committed and equally ambitious partner. In the coming years, the parties will work together to realize their growth ambitions, which include a focus on international expansion.

Christan Brouwers (CEO Satelliet): "I am convinced that, together with VEP, we will take the next step in Satelliet's growth ambitions. An important factor in choosing VEP is the shared vision that the existing warm and informal atmosphere is of great value to success. Satelliet is a company where people work with passion and where you want to be part of. The choice is reinforced by the knowledge, working methods, and drive to further grow Satelliet in Northwest Europe."

Sergio Campisi (Partner VEP): "We consider Satelliet a remarkable company due to its strong market position in the Netherlands and its focus on innovation, design, and sustainability. This, combined with the ambitious management team, makes us extremely proud to invest in this excellent enterprise. We look forward to working with the management to further build upon Satelliet's strong position and accelerate growth in Northwest Europe. To achieve this, we will implement an active buy-and-build strategy. Furthermore, we aim to strengthen our position in existing markets."
