WILLEM-JAN STRIJBOSCH NEW CEO OF SATELLIET GROUP

Willlem-Jan Strijbosch will take up the position of CEO of Satelliet Group on October 1, 2024. Stimulating national and international growth and integrating different corporate cultures are the common threads running through his career, which has mainly developed at organizations at the intersection of food and hospitality. Following his most recent role at Sligro Food Group, Willem-Jan is ready for his new challenge: shaping the ambitions of Satelliet Group.

"I am looking forward to starting at Satelliet Group as CEO of this collective of exceptional companies," says Willem-Jan. "This entrepreneurial group, brimming with ambitions at home and abroad, is enthusiastically continuing its entrepreneurial journey that began more than 50 years ago. Under the motto'Creating places to remember' - with sustainability at the heart of our policy - we continue to strive nationally and internationally to bring people together in unique, welcoming locations. I am delighted to be able to contribute to this growing organization from now on. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Christan Brouwers, former CEO, for his contribution and tireless dedication to the organization over more than four decades. We will continue to translate our objectives and aspirations into concrete actions and implementation: we have already started!"

Satelliet Group was founded with the ambition to strengthen its proposition through organic growth and strategic acquisitions in the hospitality interior design sector. In collaboration with investment company VE Partners (VEP), the focus is on expanding market specialism and international expansion in North-West Europe. Current CEO Christan Brouwers will officially hand over his position to Willem-Jan Strijbosch on October 1 and will continue to make an active contribution to the (inter)national expansion and growth ambitions of the entire Satelliet Group as an Advisory Board Member.

Christan Brouwers: "With the arrival of Willem-Jan Strijbosch as the new CEO, I am very confident about the future. His experience in collaboration - both nationally and internationally in various industries - fits seamlessly with our vision. The world is changing, and sustainability is playing an increasingly crucial role. In the current climate, it is even more important to strengthen each other. Together, we can create concepts where people enjoy coming together and forming connections: Places to remember. I will remain associated with Satelliet Group as an advisor and will contribute with great pleasure and energy to its further growth and internationalization."
